Before I built projects, I learned how to observe.

Long before campaigns, podcasts and communication strategies, I studied photography and multimedia arts at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava.

That experience taught me not to think in formats, but in ideas. I do not start with a website, a video, a campaign or a podcast. I start with an idea and look for the medium that can carry it best.

Photography, Intermedia & Multimedia

I entered the academy through photography and gradually moved toward moving image, installation and multimedia. Working across different disciplines taught me something I still use every day: ideas should not adapt to a medium. The medium should serve the idea.

Photography, film, text, design, audio and digital media became tools rather than destinations. I learned to think beyond formats and search for the most effective way to communicate a message, tell a story or create change. That approach remains at the core of my work today. When it comes to the form I see no limits.

Music & Motion &

Ostrov hudby (2019)

A short-length documentary exploring the people, stories and communities behind the Slovak independent music scene. The film premiered internationally before being introduced to Slovak audiences and became one of the most ambitious projects of this chapter of my work. Rather than documenting individual artists, the film explored an ecosystem — the relationships, values and collective energy that help cultural communities emerge and survive.

Various projects (2008 - 2018)

Alongside music videos, I created video content for festivals, cultural events and media platforms, including collaborations with Rádio_FM, festival productions and coverage connected to the Slovak music scene. These projects often documented communities, artists and cultural moments that rarely appeared in mainstream media.
